There is a 24 hour window for any cancellations.
If you reschedule, cancel, or contact me to cancel or reschedule your service in less than 24 HOURS before your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 100% of the total booking service. There is a ten minute "grace period" for all appointments. You must be in my treatment room by the 10 minute mark to avoid being considered a "no show".
If you are late more than ten minutes, you are considered "late" and will be charged 50% of the total booking service. You will be asked to reschedule for a different date and time. I keep a very busy schedule and book my clientele back to back every work day I am in the studio. I will not have time to perform the proper and full service that you would be expecting if you are late.
You will also be charged the 100% the amount if you are a "no show"—that is, you don't make any contact or give any notice to me beforehand—for your appointment.
If you schedule a service during a promotion, the discount will only be applied if you show up for the appointment in person and receive the service. No discount code may be used towards your cancellation or no-show costs. You will still be charged 100% of the total booking service.
